Job summary

VCA Magnolia by the Gulf Animal Hospital in Gulf Shores, AL is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician for a full-time role. The technician will support doctors and staff, perform venipuncture, radiology, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, and dental care while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician credentials (CVT, RVT, or LVT) expected.
• AL state vet tech license is required to be considered.
• Full-time role at Gulf Shores, AL location.

Responsibilities

• Support technician and doctor teams in a positive, low-stress client atmosphere.
• Deliver outstanding client experience to earn pet parent confidence.
• Assist with venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology and diagnostics.
• Prepare and process lab samples and assist in surgery.
• Monitor anesthesia and support dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient handling protocols.
