Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions with confidence.
• Support the hospital culture by training others and maintaining Quality standards.
