Job summary

VCA Tomball Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician for a full-time role in Tomball, TX. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour with alternating Saturdays.

You will perform venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, physical exams, and assist in surgeries while providing compassionate care for hospitalized patients and supporting client education.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician in good standing.
• Minimum of relevant experience in veterinary medicine preferred.
• Ability to work alternating Saturdays and full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement and radiology.
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgeries.
• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments.
• Assist with dental procedures, lab work and pharmacy tasks.
• Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients.

Location: Tomball, TX Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Full-time, alternating Saturdays
