Job description

The Center of Veterinary Expertise (The COVE) was founded in 2011 by three experienced local veterinarians to provide a welcoming environment offering 24/7 world-class care and service. Serving Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, the Peninsula, and beyond, The COVE is a leader in emergency and board-certified specialty veterinary care. With over 5,000 square feet of custom-built space, The COVE specializes in Cardiology, Emergency/Critical Care, Surgery, and also offers advanced Dentistry and Oral Surgery through referrals. Primary veterinarian referrals are accepted for specialty services, while emergency care is available without an appointment or referral.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Veterinary Technician position located in Suffolk, VA. In this role, you will support veterinarians in delivering exceptional care to animals, assist in procedures and treatments, monitor anesthetized patients, and handle advanced veterinary technology. The role also involves client communication and education regarding pet care and treatment plans, along with maintaining medical records and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
