Taconic Veterinary Center, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team in Cortlandt Manor, NY. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering 24-36 hours per week.

You will work with our GP and ER patients, assisting veterinarians, performing labs, monitoring anesthesia, and educating clients. We value collaboration and ongoing education, with health insurance options, 401K, and time off provided.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering 24-36 hours per week. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in both GP and ER settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
• Perform diagnostic tests and laboratory work
• Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Provide excellent client communication and education
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements

Schedule

• Full-Time: 36-40 hours/week

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
