Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician with clinical experience.
• Ideally at least two years of veterinary experience.

• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining good patient care.
• Dependable and consistent in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Works well as part of an established technician team.
• Open to weekday evening shifts as the hospital expands its hours.
• Willing to participate in a weekend rotation, expected to remain around one in four Saturdays.

Atlas is excited to be working with an established small animal hospital in the Minneapolis area that combines scheduled general practice with daily urgent care. The hospital is looking to add experienced LVTs to its established technician team as it prepares to increase capacity. The caseload includes routine wellness and general practice appointments alongside urgent care cases that are worked into the day, so technicians play an important role in keeping patient flow moving across both sides of the hospital. The practice has a welcoming team environment while maintaining clear expectations around reliability and patient care. Respect, dependability, collaboration and integrity are central to the way the team works, with technicians expected to communicate well and support one another.
