Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
  • Dental procedures and dental radiographs.
  • Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory work.
  • Patient treatments and nursing care.
  • Surgical and procedural support.
  • Client education and communication.
  • Working closely with our doctors and support team to provide excellent patient care.

Harbor Animal Hospital - Gig Harbor, WA

Harbor Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our experienced and collaborative team in Gig Harbor, WA.

Established in 2005, Harbor Animal Hospital is an 8-doctor practice with deep roots in our community. We’re proud to have an experienced team, including several team members who have been with us for 10–20+ years, while continuing to welcome fresh ideas and new energy.

What You’ll Do

As an LVT, you’ll have the opportunity to fully utilize your technical skills while providing high-quality, compassionate patient care, including:

  • Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Compensation: $25–$32/hour, depending on experience
