Elko Veterinary Clinic in Elko, NV is seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians to join our busy mixed animal practice. Full-time or Part-time shifts available. New LVT graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary ranges from $27.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience, licensure, and location. This role includes after-hours on-call, rotating weekends, and benefits such as CE allowances up to $1000 annually, license reimbursement, scrub allowance, and relocation assistance for qualified

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Nevada or eligible for licensure within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of veterinary clinical experience preferred.
• Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a busy mixed-animal practice.
• Assist during anesthesia, surgery, and post-operative care.
• Operate diagnostic equipment including radiology and ultrasound.
• Perform clinical tasks such as venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and sample collection.
