Veterinary United is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to support veterinarians and provide exemplary patient care across our Tri-County area clinics.

You will educate clients, assist in surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, radiology and lab work while mentoring veterinary assistants and staff, contributing to a collaborative hospital culture and ongoing professional growth.

Position Summary

The Licensed Veterinary Technician is the Veterinarians primary medical support to provide excellent patient care, exceptional client education and support in all areas of the hospital. They should have a deep knowledge of common medical conditions and commonly used medications. Be proficient in all areas of veterinary medicine to include but not limited to; patient care, surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, radiology, laboratory skills, client communication and education. Will have an integral role in communication and mentoring of veterinary assistants and veterinary support team in order to consistently maintain high standards of patient care and client needs among all levels within the hospital.
