Life Genie LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled and Licensed Turf Applicator to join our growing residential and commercial property maintenance team. This hands-on role involves applying fertilizers and herbicides using both ride-on and push spreaders to ensure healthy, vibrant lawns for our clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in turf care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and herbicides according to seasonal needs and property specifications.
• Operate ride-on zero-turn sprayers/spreaders and push spreaders efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose turf health and identify potential issues such as weed infestations or nutrient deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate application records and comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Work independently and manage daily route schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding service needs and results.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong focus on turf care.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet Life Genie's insurability requirements.
• 3.0 Turf and Landscape Applicator License (Required).
• Ability to operate commercial lawn application equipment.
• Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills.
