Overview

Behind every Redfin Agent is a team of talented real estate professionals whose goal is to deliver the best client experience. Working closely with our agents, our Sales Support teams ensure clients are taken care of at every step in the home-buying and selling process.

Role Summary: As a Temporary Transaction Coordinator, your primary focus is to provide agents with time and peace of mind by managing transaction details, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless process flow from contract to close. You'll receive comprehensive training, cutting-edge tools, and a collaborative environment to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate real estate deals, working with agents to manage details among clients, cooperating agents, lenders, and other parties.
  2. Handle a high volume of transactions (30-50 deals/month), maintaining quick responses and proactive follow-up.
  3. Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors.
  4. Manage all transaction paperwork, draft addenda, process disclosures, and ensure file completeness.
  5. Support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their workflows and support clients effectively.
  6. Guide clients through the closing process, minimizing stress and providing prompt responses to questions.
  7. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using market knowledge and tools to inform clients.
  8. Ensure contractual deadlines are met, alert parties of risks, and mitigate delays to facilitate on-time closings.
  9. Drive satisfaction by delivering support that meets excellence standards.
Qualifications
  • Real estate license (must be obtained prior to or during employment). Learn how to get licensed here.
  • At least one year of real estate experience, with contractual and disclosure knowledge, understanding the transaction lifecycle.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic technologies and ability to learn new tools.
  • Experience in email and phone communications with clients and parties.
  • Calm demeanor when resolving issues.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong sense of accountability and service orientation.
Schedule & Location
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Temporary/seasonal position for approximately 6 months, with no guaranteed length.
  • Remote within the U.S., with potential travel for team events.

Compensation & Benefits
