Job summary

Central Christian School in Redmond, Oregon, is seeking a qualified Toddler Teacher for our licensed Early Childhood program beginning August 2026. This role requires compliance with Oregon DELC licensing and training requirements for toddler teachers.

The Toddler Teacher will provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for children aged 12–36 months and support the school\'s Christ-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in Oregon’s Central Background Registry (CBR) and in good standing
• Current Step Designation through Oregon Registry Online (ORO)
• Completion of required early childhood education hours for toddler teachers (approximately 275 total training hours, as required by Oregon DELC)
• Previous experience working in a licensed toddler or early childhood care setting
• Ability to comply with all Oregon DELC licensing requirements, including ongoing background checks and required trainings
