This full-time role provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with 25 client sessions per week. The position emphasizes collaborative, trauma-informed care and diligent documentation in a supportive, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a therapist in New Mexico.

32 Degrees Genuine is a small group of mental health professionals with a focus on trauma treatment. We offer services including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), as well as couples, family, and individual counseling. Our mission is to provide compassionate and effective mental health care to our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time role (25 client sessions per week) for Licensed Counselors and Social Workers located in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and SE. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing trauma-informed care, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Additionally, therapists will collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in therapeutic modalities: DBT, CBT, EMDR, SE
• Skills in individual, couples, and family counseling
• Trauma-informed care and assessment abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and client records
