The Role

Mantra Care is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapists to join our expanding network of remote, freelance professionals. As a key part of our clinical team, you will provide confidential, high-quality online therapy and counseling to clients across the United States. • Conduct virtual psychological assessments and therapy sessions via video calls, phone, and chat.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records of all client interactions in our secure platform.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards for your state and professional board.
• Collaborate with the Mantra Care team to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed, following established protocols.
• Participate in professional development and clinical consultation opportunities provided by Mantra Care.
• Effectively manage your own schedule and caseload while maintaining a commitment to client needs.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer and Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
