1099 Contracted, Fully Remote

Onrise is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist with a passion for working with athletes, coaches, and administrators to join our team. This is a 1099 contracted position that is fully remote.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including prescribing medications as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in athlete mental health wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Current and valid license to practice independently as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Experience working with athletes, coaches, and administrators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective via telehealth.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Additional Qualities

• Strongly preferred if you are a collegiate or professional athlete.
• Multiple state licensure or compact member status is a plus.
