JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area. Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level and Master’s level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides supervision and direction to team in the delivery of evidence-based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus. Monitors and maintains productivity and budget requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
Years of Experience
2+ years of experience in the mental health field as a direct provider of services required. Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Clinical License Required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC)
