Sea Grove Recovery in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina is expanding with a new Outpatient (OP) building opening soon. We seek a dedicated and licensed therapist to support adults through individual and group therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

The role includes psychoeducational group activities within our PHP and collaboration with the clinical team to tailor care to each patient’s needs. LLPC/LLMSW/LLMFT or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support through individual therapy per standards of ASAM.
• Deliver psychoeducational group activities for residents in the program.

We’re excited to announce that we are hiring for our new Outpatient (OP) building, set to open at the end of July! If you’re a dedicated and licensed therapist looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recoverywill provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove will offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic support for the day-to-day operations of a patient’s treatment and journey to recovery through individual and group therapy per the standards of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

The therapist is also responsible for providing psychoeducational group activities for patients in the residential program.
