Steps Recovery Center in St. George, UT seeks a compassionate Therapist to deliver individual and group counseling as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will manage a caseload and apply evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's goals.

We welcome MSW, ACMHC, LCSW, or MFT candidates and support supervised clinical hours. A Master's degree and a current license are required; minimum sobriety of one year is also expected. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current professional license or applicable certification.
• 2+ years of SUD counseling experience preferred.

We provide a compassionate, professional environment focused on individualized care and long-term recovery.Steps Recovery Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Therapist to provide individual and group counseling as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. The Therapist will carry a caseload and provide individualized treatment using multiple therapeutic modalities and evidence-based approaches based on each client's needs and goals.RequirementsMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Current professional license or applicable certification.Experienced SUDC or ASUDC counselors will be considered.At least 2 years of substance use disorder counseling experience preferred.Knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic techniques, psychopathology, and community resources.Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.Minimum of 1 year of sobriety.The Therapist will participate in the development and continued improvement of the clinical curriculum, with support from the treatment team.We are willing to work with MSW, ACMHC, LCSW, or MFT professionals seeking to complete supervised clinical hours and gain experience in substance use disorder treatment.Steps Recovery Center offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Job Type: Full-timeRequired Education: Master's degree in Social Work and SUDC.E04JI8003jl4409e5m8
