Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and telehealth options. The role pays $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows and cancellations.

Providers control their calendar and client referrals are managed to fill schedules. In-person sessions receive a $20 per-session bump; remote work is supported for WA providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA state.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
