Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists in New Jersey to join our team. Manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship, and be open to serving children 5+ with both in-person and remote options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
• Training in EMDR, music therapy, disordered eating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
