Part-time with opportunities to expand to full-time W-2; remote or hybrid work from San Jose, CA, supports a balanced caseload and ongoing clinical coaching.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with populations including children, adolescents, couples, or trauma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Solicit parent/patient feedback to guide therapy goals and programming.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload as per role (≥28 weekly for full-time; ≥15 weekly for part-time).
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings; adhere to ethics and policies.

LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $55-$60/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)

Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $63-$73/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
• W-2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $55-$60/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $63-$73/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)
• Admin Rate: $20.34/hour

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
