Base Pay Range

$74,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

About the Role:

Facilitates high-quality, cost-effective patient care and outcomes. Assists in program development and maintains a therapeutic environment.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

Oklahoma licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP).

Work Experience:

0 - 6 months related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to analyze data, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Demonstrates efficiency, creativity, accuracy, diplomacy, and attention to detail.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. Performs mental health and substance abuse therapy as needed.
  2. Conducts patient assessments, treatment, and discharge planning within established timeframes.
  3. Completes all documentation in compliance with standards for patient information exchange and reimbursement.
  4. Participates in interdisciplinary team activities, collaborates with healthcare providers, and communicates with patients and families.
  5. Uses independent judgment to make decisions from multiple alternatives.
  6. Coordinates activities with others; leads work without direct supervision.
  7. Works directly with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal/external customers.
