Grow Therapy helps independent clinicians in Connecticut build sustainable practices with insurer credentialing, billing support, an integrated EHR with scheduling and telehealth, and built-in compliance tools.

You'll join a nationwide provider network with dedicated support, payor navigation, directory optimization, and marketing guidance. Compensation includes pay rates up to $91/hr for therapists, weekly direct deposit, and flexible in-person, telehealth, or hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapists in Connecticut or eligible for licensure.
• Ability to collaborate with professional peers and staff.
• Experience with private practice outcomes and client care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Grow Therapy to credential with major insurers.
• Utilize billing & claims support to optimize reimbursement.
• Operate with an integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth platform.
• Adhere to built-in compliance tools and quality standards.
• Engage in the private nationwide provider network.
• Participate in identity-based clinician groups and local meetups.
