Discovery Behavioral Health in Del Mar, CA seeks a Clinical Psychotherapist to provide individual and family therapy within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The role includes ensuring patient safety, conducting assessments, leading psychoeducational groups, and coordinating with the treatment team to maintain high clinical quality.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, state licensure, and a full-time schedule Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, with a 8:30 AM–5:00

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate degree in relevant field, required.
• Completion of state requirements and state license to conduct therapeutic interventions required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical documentation is completed timely throughout treatment.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Carry a caseload of 5-7 patients.
• Complete required number of therapy sessions weekly including family sessions.
• Facilitate process-oriented and psychoeducational groups.
• Provide utilization reviews to insurers for authorizations.
