Job summary

Brick House Recovery is seeking licensed therapists to provide individual and group therapy, with focus on mental health and substance use treatment to support clients’ overall well-being.

The role requires Idaho licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, MSW) and a minimum of one year of clinical experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; Idaho license in LCPC, LCSW, LPC, or MSW.
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient/outpatient mental health experience with direct clinical and case management work.
• Strong clinical/interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication; ability to lead others and work well with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy daily; may include family/conjoint therapy.
• Document in EHR: intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, UA results, discharge summaries.
• Treat clients with a team approach; staff issues with insights to support client progress.
• Lead didactic or educational groups as directed; participate in interdisciplinary planning.
• Conduct counseling interviews to set goals and develop treatment plans; follow up on outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and required therapy hours; maintain caseload as directed.
• Participate in staff meetings and program development; assist with training and administrative tasks.
