Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system, is seeking qualified clinicians to deliver psychotherapy and related services to diverse client populations in Indiana. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration with a clinical team, and timely documentation.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, and licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC, with 3–5 years of behavioral health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Active LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC licensure required.
• 3–5 years of behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with community referral sources.
• Participate in development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
