Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery in Dodgeville, WI, is seeking a fully-licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for a full-time professional role in a residential mental health and substance use treatment setting. Earn $45-$50/hour plus a $10,000 retention bonus.

You will provide individual counseling, participate in treatment planning, lead groups, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Eligible candidates must hold Wisconsin licensure and have 1+ year of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license required.
• 1+ year experience in behavioral health.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

At Wood Violet Recovery, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients in a voluntary residential treatment setting while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team. Our therapists provide evidence-based care to adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.

Located just 45 minutes from Madison, our Dodgeville campus offers a refreshing change of pace from busy city clinics. Enjoy free parking, a straightforward commute, and a peaceful treatment environment where you can focus on meaningful clinical work and collaborative care.

We're growing our behavioral health program and are looking for a fully-licensed Therapist who enjoys teamwork, autonomy, and helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
