Wood Violet Recovery is a residential behavioral health treatment center in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, seeking a licensed therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) for a full-time daytime role. You will provide individual counseling, lead groups, and develop personalized treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Tired of back-to-back outpatient appointments? Looking for a more predictable clinical schedule?

Wood Violet Recovery is hiring a fully-licensed Therapist to join our residential behavioral health team. Our therapists work with adults receiving treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions in a voluntary, low-acuity residential setting.

Rather than moving from appointment to appointment all day, you'll have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with clients throughout their stay, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
