Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Arizona seeks a licensed mental health therapist/counselor (LPC or LCSW or LMFT) to provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults in person.

The role offers a salaried position with annual bonus potential, 4.5 weeks of PTO, comprehensive health, dental/vision, retirement, HSA,Adequate supervision, and professional growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• CPR and first aid certification current.
• No suspension/exclusion/debarment from federal health care programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Attend in-person at the designated office location as scheduled.
