Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Licensed Therapist in San Diego, CA to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families through assessment, treatment planning, and therapy. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and support positive outcomes.

The role requires a CA license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), a Master’s degree, and experience in individual, group, and/or family therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have an active California License and in good standing with the CA BBS as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and staff meetings
• Provide referrals and connect clients to community resources as needed
• Support program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and skill-building sessions
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries
• Perform additional duties as assigned
