This role requires California licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP). The position offers a tiered per-session pay ($75–$95), paid onboarding, bilingual differential, paid trainings, and fully remote scheduling with flexible hours.

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11‑24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive.

Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.

Our new tiered pay structure rewards clinicians who want to grow their caseload, with no cap on your earnings:

• $75–$90 per session, based on weekly caseload volume
• Paid intake assessments
• Paid no-shows and late cancellations
• $5 Bilingual session differential available for every session
• $340 paid onboarding training stipend
• Free continuing education credits year-round
• Biweekly pay — Daybreak handles all billing
• Flexible caseload: Start with just 5 sessions per week, see as many clients as you'd like. The more clients you see, the more you earn. A clinician seeing 20+ sessions per week can build a meaningful income stream without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

Flexibility & Clinical Support

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability 9 AM–5 PM PST.
• Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care.
• Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions.
• Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training.
