LifeStance Health in Indianapolis is seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our outpatient hybrid practice. You will provide compassionate care to adults and/or children/adolescents in a flexible schedule and autonomous caseload.

We offer competitive compensation up to $107,001 per year with no cap, annual cash bonus, sign-on incentive, 100% outpatient work with no nights or hospital calls, and hybrid telemedicine plus in-person care.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
