Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is required.
• LCSW License (CA) is required.
• ACSW License (CA) is required.
• LMFT (CA) preferred.
• BLS/CPR certificate.
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of EHR programs.
• Adherence to California Board of Behavioral Sciences codes.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Professionalism and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
• Provide offsite group facilitation.
• Establish rapport and safety in the therapeutic space.
• Complete intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Develop SMART treatment plans with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions.
• Facilitate discharge planning and linkages.
• Respond to crises and assess safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain charting within 72 hours.
