Job Summary:
The Therapist delivers clinical social work services aligned with Lakeside's philosophy and goals. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, managing commitments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and liaising with referral sources and hospital departments.

Candidates must demonstrate competency in the listed criteria, with flexibility for reassignment across units serving varied populations, including adults and dual diagnoses, in inpatient and partial hospital settings.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or a related Social Services field; licensure required.
Experience: Prior experience with psychiatric mental health populations, preferably outpatient.
Licensure/Certification: TN LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP required.
Knowledge: Case management, discharge planning, group leadership, age-specific development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theories and practices.
Supervision: Director of Social Services, Program Directors, Program Coordinators.
