Job summary

Saint Simons By The Sea seeks a Licensed Therapist to contribute to IOP and PHP programs at our Georgia facility. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy within a multidisciplinary team, driving quality outcomes and compassionate care.

You will mentor staff, shape treatment approaches, and deliver group sessions while maintaining a patient-focused, evidence-based practice in a serene coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician in GA
• 1+ year experience in clinical setting
• Proficient with data entry and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Lead psychosocial assessments and histories for assigned patients, ensuring complete documentation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to understand needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within 72 hours of admission.
• Create personalized crisis plans for each patient and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure interventions align with patient goals.
• Support Admissions with clinical screenings and assist with assessments as needed.
• Ensure coverage for group, individual, and family therapy sessions as per program schedule.

As a Therapist, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary group of professionals to shape and guide treatment, while also mentoring and supporting program staff through hands‑on supervision and professional development. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment process for your assigned patients, completing comprehensive psychosocial histories and proactively identifying and resolving any gaps in documentation
• Collaborate with patients’ support systems and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a well‑rounded understanding of each individual’s needs
• Develop timely, individualized treatment plans with 72 hours of admission, setting a strong foundation of care
• Create personalized crisis plans for every patient, ensuring preparedness and continuity of care
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure treatment interventions are effectively implemented and aligned with patient goals
• Partner with the Admissions team to support clinical screenings and step in as needed to assist with assessments
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality coverage for group, individual, and family therapy sessions based on patient needs and program schedule
