U.S.VETS in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Licensed Intern Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team. You will provide both individual and group therapy to veterans, under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment.

This entry-level role offers growth, supervision, and exposure to diverse client populations, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance toward licensure within a supportive multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed with Nevada state board: CSW-I, MFT-I, CPC-I
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Interest in working with diverse populations, including veterans
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage scheduling and client caseload
• Flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients using evidence-based approaches
• Support clients navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build and manage a caseload (growing to approximately 10+ clients per week)

The Opportunity

As a Licensed Intern/Licensed Intern Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will work under the guidance of licensed clinical leadership and participate in ongoing supervision to support your professional development.
