Job summary

Brick House Recovery in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role focuses on supporting clients' emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being through evidence-based practices.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree and an Idaho license (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, MSW), have at least one year of relevant experience, and be proficient with EHR, charting, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and Idaho state licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, MSW)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient settings
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; able to lead and communicate effectively
• Proficient with EHR, charting, Google Docs and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions and group therapy daily.
• Document in EHR including intake, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with treatment team to plan and staff client care.
• Conduct counseling interviews to aid insight and goal setting.
• Perform crisis intervention and provide consultations as needed.
• Maintain required therapy hours and caseload as directed.
