Job summary

Thriveworks in Boise, ID is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. You must be independently licensed in Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. Build a full caseload within 90 days with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Maintain regular sessions, track progress, and communicate with clients.
• Utilize telehealth and in-person sessions as needed, with strong teamwork.
