Job summary

Progressive PHP is seeking a Licensed Therapist to deliver direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and to develop treatment and discharge plans aligned with the organization’s mission and standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, active licensure or progression toward licensure (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW), and maintenance of CPR and CPI certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Must be in the process or have already obtained licensure (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW).
• Must maintain CPR and CPI certifications while employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans to guide patient progress.
• Coordinate with in-house physicians and staff to ensure integrated care.
• Adhere to licensing boards, Joint Commission standards, and performance improvement monitors.
