Licensed Therapist I (LSW/LPC) - River North

Founded in 2015, Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness, offering innovative and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness.

Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network payer partners to ensure you have access to an array of clients and populations: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Medicare, United Healthcare, and we also accept self-pay clients.

In this role you will:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations including adults, children/adolescents, couples, groups and families offering exceptional client care.
  • Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time or Full Time optional).
  • Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
  • Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

  • Compensation: $40-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure.
  • Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions is required).

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).

Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to 1-year prior experience in a clinical setting.

Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:

  • Family-focused therapy
  • Multi-systemic therapy
  • CBT | DBT | ACT
  • EMDR (must be certified)
  • Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization)
  • Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
  • CADC
  • Marriage and Family Therapy
