Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists to join our nationwide behavioral health network. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with locations across MA including Canton.

We offer autonomous schedules, above-average W2 compensation, supervision opportunities (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC/MHC), weekly case consultations, CE credits, a sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package. 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage is included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clinical license as a mental health professional (LCSW/LICSW or LMHC)
• Ability to work in hybrid telehealth and in-clinic settings
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients in a hybrid/telehealth model
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with licensing requirements
