Join Joon and Provide Critical Mental Health Support to Seattle's Youth

Joon is looking for licensed therapists in Washington State who are passionate about working with teens and young adults. Through our City of Seattle-funded program , we are expanding access to mental health services, ensuring that more young people receive the care they need—at no cost to them. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving youth who might not otherwise have access to therapy, while working in a flexible, supportive, and mission-driven environment.

About the City of Seattle Program

This initiative provides fully funded therapy sessions for youth in Seattle, eliminating financial barriers and increasing accessibility to care. As a therapist with Joon, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health support to underserved communities.

This Role is Perfect for You If:

  • You are licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW/LICSW, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or similar).
  • You are experienced in CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.
  • You value having billing and insurance credentialing managed for you.
  • You have liability insurance (minimum $1M per case/$3M aggregate).
  • You have a reliable internet connection and a computer for seamless teletherapy.
  • Bonus: Experience with disordered eating, OCD, suicidality, or co-occurring conditions is a plus.
