Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe's Health and Human Services Opioid Treatment Program in Vancouver, Washington seeks a Licensed Therapist (LCSW/MSW/LMFT/LMHC) to provide individual and group counseling to support recovery and wellness.

This full-time, 7:00 am–3:30 pm role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, coordinates with psychiatrists, maintains accurate records, and adheres to HIPAA and tribal policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level behavioral health degree or extensive history in chemical dependency counseling.
• Active LCSW, MSW, LMFT, or LMHC credential in Washington.
• Registered or certified by a WA-recognized drug and alcohol body.
• Experience in counseling or substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use disorder.
• Coordinate with in-house psychiatrist and care team for integrated care.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes and client records.
• Screen and refer high-risk patients to the clinic physician as needed.
• Engage in outreach and community relations; attend required trainings.
