Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in California to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of availability weekly.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions
• Build a full caseload with flexible scheduling within a nationwide hybrid model
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and client progress
