Talk Therapy Center is a locally owned, therapist-led group practice serving Corona, Murrieta, and Riverside locations. We seek California-licensed therapists who value flexibility, support, and long-term career sustainability within a therapist-first environment.

Multiple employment models are offered, including in-office, hybrid, and fully remote arrangements for California clinicians. The team enjoys strong administrative, billing, and EHR support, plus generous scheduling and stability

Qualifications

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• Strong documentation and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of DSM-5, ICD-10, and HIPAA
• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse, insurance-based caseload
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support medical necessity and treatment planning
• Comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams as needed
