Job summary

The Women’s Center in Washington, DC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our collaborative clinical team. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with options for in-person, hybrid, or virtual services, serving individuals and families across the lifespan.

You will provide psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with peers to support high-quality client

Qualifications

• Current LPC or LICSW license.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, client-centered services.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care.
