Thriveworks is a clinician-owned nationwide private practice with locations in 48 states, including Jersey City, NJ, offering a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions to deliver high-quality care.

Licensed clinicians in NJ (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or PhD/PsyD) with a commitment to at least 25 sessions per week will receive strong support, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for leadership within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses in New Jersey: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.
• Minimum of 25 sessions per week and ability to work in a hybrid telehealth/in-person model.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jersey City, NJ.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours after sessions.
• Engage in leadership or supervisory growth opportunities when possible.

Education

LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensure in NJ

PhD or PsyD (Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
