Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide evidence-based mental healthcare in a flexible setting. Roles include adult and/or child/adolescent therapy with telehealth options using Doxy and VSee, plus MS 365/Teams collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents
• Proficient with telehealth platforms (Doxy/VSee)
• Proficient with MS 365/Teams

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to assigned caseload
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
