Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with a credential from the list (LCSW/LMFT/LCAC/LMHC).
• Direct clinical experience in mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to work with individuals, families, and groups within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical psychological services in assessment and treatment of patients.
• Offers counseling and intensive case management to patients, including children and adults and their families, using individual, family, and group modalities.
• Performs psychosocial assessments according to identified needs.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to prepare and implement treatment and discharge plans.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and health-care team while respecting differences.
• Documents information accurately, concisely, and promptly to guide treatment.
