Qualifications

• Licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Committed to culturally responsive, identity-affirming care.
• Experience working with or personally connected to BIPOC and/or QTPOC communities.
• Evidence-based approaches for treating a range of mental health concerns.
• Advocating for clients within educational, medical, and community systems.
• Tech-savvy and open to integrating technology into clinical practice.
• Organized, reliable, and committed to high-quality client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
• Maintain a caseload: 10+ clinical hours/week (Part-Time) or 25+ clinical hours/week (Full-Time with benefits).
• Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers).
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in group consultation, case discussions, and team meetings.
• Practice ethically while maintaining compliance with BBS regulations.
• Contribute to an inclusive, affirming, and collaborative team culture.
